Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring across the whole organization for our own sales and marketing processes with new and existing business. Moreover we also work with SharpSpring for our customers. In both situations it helps:
- Marketing and sales to work together and improve sales results
- The prospect and customer experience is improving a lot
- Providing good insight in the whole buyer cycle thus helping us service our prospects and customers better
- Insight in the prospect / customer timeline
- The ability to let marketing and sales work together and improve continuously
- Keep things simple where they need to be kept simple
- Frequent new features
- Auto-save functionality would be nice instead of the save button.
- SharpSpring licence is B2B friendly priced.
- Improved results.
- Much better spending of advertising budgets because of improved insights.
