Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

It is used across the whole organization, especially by the sales teams. It helps keep all our sales info in one place that can be accessed online. It is very easy to use and helps us keep track of our daily efforts.

  • Centralized customer info.
  • Smartphone integration.
  • It helps you if you are a sales manager and have a sales team.
  • You can calculate how much you spent on certain event and how much income it generated.
When I worked at IBM I used another CRM but I really don't remember its name, however SharpSpring is much more user friendly.
If you have a large sales team and need to know how they are doing on a day to day basis, this is a very useful tool for you as a manager.
