Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
It is used across the whole organization, especially by the sales teams. It helps keep all our sales info in one place that can be accessed online. It is very easy to use and helps us keep track of our daily efforts.

Cons
- Smartphone integration.
- It helps you if you are a sales manager and have a sales team.
- You can calculate how much you spent on certain event and how much income it generated.
When I worked at IBM I used another CRM but I really don't remember its name, however SharpSpring is much more user friendly.
