Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring as a CRM system and pipeline management tool, as well as a marketing automation tool. With SharpSpring we can easily track customer contact at different stages as well as view lead scores for prospects, structure our marketing campaigns and manage workflow amongst the team members effectively. There are a number of uses.

I really like using SharpSpring on a regular basis to support my workflow and activities as an Account Director. It helps me organise my client base contacts and activities as well as new prospects in terms of lead nurturing. The wider team uses it for marketing automation, forms, campaigns etc. It is a versatile tool, and how you use it, depends of course on your job role.
