Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring as a daily project management tool, from social listening to task management and managing incoming leads for new business as well as managing marketing automation for various clients within our account.

Not as easy to use as Mailchimp but the features are more useful, like the ability to manage a full campaign within one platform.
We discovered some issues when onboarding which, when raised with customer support, were fixed within the hour by their very friendly customer support team.
