Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring allows us to fully track the entire life of our leads across all channels, and intelligently automates our follow-ups and lead nurturing. It has allowed us to consolidate several SaaS platforms into a single dashboard, and gives us increased analytics beyond anything we were using before. The technical and strategic support from the SS team is unmatched in my experience for enterprise level software.
Pros
- Technical and strategic support throughout, but especially in setup.
- Powerful data platform to track and nurture leads.
- Intuitive email and list building tools.
- Integrates seamlessly into our email and website platforms.
Cons
- Drag and drop email/landing page tool has same issues as other platforms (clunky, finicky, limiting).
- It will/has certainly paid for itself. High value leads have a much higher engagement.
- We know a lot more about our customers.
- We can seamlessly build out customer profiles without overwhelming them with questions. Data collection is organized and automated where possible.
Far better user interface and support team. It seems like those who have used both see the two as night and day. SharpSpring seems like it's the future, especially since it's not built on "old bones."
