Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring as the CRM for our company and we use our agency licenses for our clients. We were using a combination of multiple platforms before so coming to SharpSpring has helped simplify our workflow. Lead tracking and automated workflows have helped us immensely. The dynamic content for email campaigns allows us to use 1 campaign for multiple sections of our contact and lead lists.

To me, SharpSpring is the winner over HubSpot. The functionality is all there at a fraction of the cost. There were some adjustment bumps coming into the platform but, the SharpSpring tech support was there to help us at every turn. I've been told the mobile app is under a complete overhaul and I'm looking forward to seeing what that looks like.
The cost of the SharpSpring CRM platform is affordable for small to medium-sized businesses but still has all the functionality of the ridiculously expensive platforms. The clients we switched are thrilled that we could save them thousands of dollars per year. I also really appreciate that we can request improvements or changes to the software to make it even more user-friendly.
