Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is the cornerstone to my business. I use it in sales, marketing, agency function, and as an added value to market. It has become a profit center in more ways than one. SharpSpring is being used across multiple departments and is the hinge-point between sales, marketing, customer connection, prospecting and accountability.
  • The interface is extremely intuitive and powerful.
  • The custom field option is an absolute breeze to use and integration with other key programs is brilliant.
  • The email messaging and life of lead module is the absolute best that I have used.
  • The bot builder is amazing. It works the first time. It can be as complex or as simple as you would like it to be and serves well on my websites.
  • I would like to see Youtube Ad connectivity and tracking.
  • As an agency, SharpSpring paid for itself in the first 30 days of my purchasing it.
  • Every month that I own the program I earn a profit.
SharpSpring offers 3x the functionality for 10% of the cost.
SharpSpring is well suited for any size business. There is absolutely nothing that I have asked of this CRM that it cannot do.

Evaluating SharpSpring and Competitors

Yes - Google Sheets and a combination of workarounds. My business grew to a point where the only way that I would be able to continue was to get a real CRM.

Price made a huge difference. I was amazed when I saw the number of features that were standard with SharpSpring that were really expensive with Salesforce.
I probably would have started with SharpSpring first. I would have saved a lot of time.
