Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

Our entire organization uses some feature or the entire software. Our sales guys use Opportunities & CRM, our Marketing uses the email and automation features for drip campaigns and our finance team used Accounts to cross-reference any accounting contact issues. The rest of the team uses Contact Management to leave special account notes or communicate internally regarding a particular order or lead. SharpSpring creates a centralized software solution for our growing business.
  • Pipeline management: keeping what sales leads and sales opportunities move through the funnel to ensure each salesperson is constantly working leads and closing deals.
  • Contact Management is a great CRM element that integrates with sales opportunities, marketing automation while monitoring the life of the lead elements.
  • Notes are a huge element to keeping pertinent information readily available in a centralized location within each Lead Contact.
  • The social platform integration is not something we rely on, primarily because there are other platforms that specialize in these areas.
  • Mobile integration via a more robust app or better formatting for mobile browsers could be improved.
  • The software simplifies our sales pipeline allowing us to track project reporting
  • The social calendar is just ok.
  • We love the Calendar features as it puts the power of scheduling in our partners hands.
HubSpot Marketing vs SharpSpring was a very simple decision based on a cost analysis. HubSpot seems to have a nice platform but it is an add-on to the CRM Software and nearly 30% more for this one feature compared to SharpSpring's overall platform. Add it all up and financially the cost for the HubSpot software vs SharpSpring is not even close. You WILL Pay more for Hubspot and the products are very similar.

This is a great software that adds extreme value to our organization. It's a 9/10 because there is always room for a little improvement, but, overall, this is a great platform for our team. Every part of our organization utilizes some form of the platform. I would not recommend this for a robust $100M business that has 50k leads annually as the software seems as if it will get overwhelmed. I do feel that this is an incredible software for the start-up to $50M business.
