Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring is currently used for weekly, monthly and urgent communications. This platform allows us to send messages to our clients on a regular basis and allows tracking reports for receipt as well as problem solving.
Pros
- Strengths are to track communications and receipt as well as opening/viewing
- efficiency of communications
- platform is easy to use
Cons
- currently experiencing issues with sending externally to external email distribution lists
- flexibility of platform to change or modernize
- some components could be easier to manipulate
- positive for continued communications to our clients
This is the tool that our agency uses and I have used a few different platforms. This is better than Sitecore.
