Alternatives Considered

I have used Mailchimp and MyEmma. both have limited customization options and overall are very simple to use making email templates seem very stale and boring.

SharpSpring's customer service is very responsive and goes above and beyond to answer your questions or get in contact with someone who can. They've recorded videos explaining how to do something that I had issues with that cleared everything up very quickly.
