We use Sharpspring as our own CRM and email marketing platform, as well as the platform that we recommend to all clients in need of a robust CRM, automation and email marketing platform. We use the system for ourselves to send out our monthly newsletters, and for our clients to manage sales pipelines, monitor sales person activity, and send out emailers.

We use different CRMs for different clients, mostly due to budget and other requirements. SharpSpring from Constant Contact is in the middle, price-wise, but is slightly more user-friendly than ActiveCampaign when it comes to certain things, such as drip campaigns and workflows. Though the price can be prohibitive to some clients, it is extremely robust. I definitely prefer the list-building, the ability to send smart emails and the WYSIWYG editor.

SharpSpring from Constant Contact is a robust platform for users who will be sending frequent emailers and really want to take advantage of marketing automation. The visual workflow builder for automations and action groups makes it very easy to target users who visit specific pages, open emails or click on links. The sales pipeline is also fairly simple to use, and the sales reports are highly functional for active sales teams. The list-building functionality also makes it very easy to segment audiences based on a number of criteria, such as form fills of specific forms, pages visited, etc.
