Overall Satisfaction with Shift

I use Shift to manage several inboxes and keep different activities separate. The workspaces allow me to stay focused and productive while having access to all the tools I need to run my photography business.
Browser, email client, workspace management, unified calendar: Shift tools help me be as productive as possible.

Shift is pretty easy to install; finding your apps is usually very easy. Not all apps are available, but there's a workaround for apps that are not native to Shift.
Installing it on multiple devices is also pretty seamless, except for the password management, which could be better.
The workspaces are very easy to use but the latest update made it a little bit more cumbersome to manage each app with each workspace.

Anyone working with multiple inboxes would benefit from Shift, as you can have a dedicated workspace for each inbox with only the apps relevant to the inbox.
People working with multiple teams/companies, people who multi-task a lot and people struggling to keep work and personal separate would all benefit from using Shift.

Using Shift

1 - I'm a freelance photographer, so I'm doing administration work, sales, email, billing, contracts, accounting, and all the business functions of a small business.
1 - I work for myself, and I manage everything with Shift. I've only had to reach to Shift's support once or twice in 5 years. There's very little support needed once it's set up.
