The best app to manage multiple emails and software

We use to it to manage multiple Google Email account under one app and also use the feature too add other software we use (Asana, WhatsApp Business, Agency analytics, etc.) to the same Shift.

We normally have to keep signing in and out of various accounts so this save us time and allows us to quickly switch to the right account we need.

We use it for Gmail (Workspace mostly).

We have multiple account for our agency, personal and also other clients that we need to access throughout the day. Having the ability to quickly switch into anyone and seeing notifications for each is a real game changer and makes our daily task so much easier!

We have a small internal team, but for me personally it's the ability to quickly manage everything. Besides the Gmail we use Asana alot and the built in app / workspace lets us quickly access that to manage our day to day projects and goals. Super easy to manage and switch between what we need.
