Overall Satisfaction with Shiftboard
Shiftboard is a scheduling tool for all customer service reps.
- It shows the user exactly what time a meeting starts and ends.
- It shows the user exactly what time a break starts and ends.
- Searchable by group.
- The whole layout is hard to look at. You need a graphic designer to give it a makeover.
- Unable to see title or description of meeting or break until clicking into it.
- Not very user friendly. You have to learn how to use it through instruction.
