Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
I first used Shopify last year when I needed an upgrade from my other e-commerce platform, I was very happy with how easy to use and understand the platform is. The interface makes it easy to manage your activity, track sales, stock, shipments and even product SKU. It really helped my business and I would totally recommend it!

- Coupons and promotions are so easy to use and share with customers.
- Sometimes refunds can take a while.
I used Storenvy and even though most of its features are free, it isn't as useful as Shopify. Shopify's features are amazing and the fact that you can do customised searches, implement analytics, SEO, SKUs, product tags, product organization and lots of other features, etc., really helps your business and the customer experience.
I personally like the wide variety of themes provided and also the option to customize and make your own using Shopify's features to benefit your business and storefront. The built-in mobile shopping cart is also a great feature that has really helped my business. Nowadays customers use their devices for everything and shopping is definitely one of these things, so this feature is really beneficial for every shopify user.
