Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing

It is used by multiple departments across the organization to analyze and report business data, mostly transaction data across multiple domains. The tool helps to solve the business problem of measuring the KPI (key performance indicators) of programs. We set up the queries to measure the performance indicators and report those on a regular basis.

Pros

  • Easy to set up
  • Good graphing features
  • Easy drill down to find supporting data behind graphs

Cons

  • Better performance
  • Easier configuration of parameters
  • Not involved in ROI analysis
Easy to use, very intuitive navigation, lots of controls for reporting
Haven't used customer support, there was no need for this.
Have used Tableau. Sigma is simpler to setup and use
[Sigma Computing] can be used by people who understand the data and not necessarily tech-savvy
