Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing
I use Sigma to search/edit/create information on DoorDash Driver's accounts. Sigma can be very useful and helpful but can also run very slow at times, making it difficult to complete assignments/cases in a timely matter.

Sigma helps me search and locate users' accounts. Sigma helps edit information that reflects on other accounts. Sigma also helps create/submit payments and locate data needed to confirm inquiries.
Sigma is our main source when it comes to locating information and determining a resolution. When working correctly, Sigma is very helpful in resolving issues. Sometimes Sigma can take a long time to load information and is down often which makes it difficult to confirm and solve cases in a timely matter.
