Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing
Our BI team suggested we start using Sigma Computing to help save time on all of our requests every day. Once we moved over we discovered the amazing possibilities it offers and currently use it daily to review daily customer transactions and insights, overall business trends, and automated reports for sales and leadership teams. Sigma Computing has helped ramp up our productivity and internal insights in a way no other platform has been able to. It also saved countless hours we used to spend manually tying data together from different sources across our databases.

Sigma Computing allowed me to easily and seamlessly hold account-level reviews on a dime with day-to-day clients. In addition, I can pull data in real-time and with ease during meetings to help the team make decisions at the moment instead of having to wait days for a BI pull and then a follow-up email or meeting.
The daily dashboards, drill-downs, and ease of use has made life 10x easier from a leadership perspective.
Data Studio was used in the past but Sigma Computing is far more powerful, customizable, and sharable across teams.
