Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing
We use it to embed onto our website for client-facing reporting and internal reporting for our teams that need to see our Sigma data but don't have access to our database. The client-facing reporting is being used to show customers specific data they want to see, but we don't want to give them Sigma access.
- Having different options for tables and their formatting.
- Data connection and keeping up to date.
- Having presets that are easy for other people to use.
- The errors that happen when the exporting comes.
- Making the embedding documentation clearer and more concise.
- Input tables being able to work as a regular table.
- Allowed us to show better KPI to customers that's quickly changeable for their needs.
- Saved time for collaborating on version reporting.
It has made it easier to keep access to our reporting in a singular place and organized and allowed us to share our reporting in a much easier and safer way so that other people not from our organization can see what we see.
We haven't had a lot of use of their ad hoc analyses. It does help to explore and gives me a broader way of looking at how the data is set up.
Sigma computing has better pricing than the competitors. We're always looking for what is good for the price but also gives us all we need to complete our reporting. It also brings about a lot of updates that are nice to see. The embedding helps other BI tools sometimes.
