Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing
We used Sigma Computing to deliver multiple dashboards to client. The interface is very user friendly and the spreadsheet like features and calculations makes it easy to learn for the people who are working on spreadsheets. The ability to filter datasets using parameter and also the Row level security that can hide access to any rows from unauthorized access is a big add on. We have also implemented calendar heatmap using pivot table which was appreciated by the client as well.

Also Optimizing the reports to make them load faster and enhancing the reports based on clients requirements to make them look attractive and understandable even to a non technical user.
100 - Have worked on Sigma Computing for a longer time and have built multiple dashboards and undertands the feature and ability of Sigma Computing. Have developed visualizations as per clients requirements and found the work around to build visualization that are not a pre built visualization formats and implementing them to achieve and fulfil clients requirement.

The regular support team is very fantastic and more than enough with great brains and insights to help us very quick and deliver insights on time. They help us understand and raise feature as well as Bug tickets. Yes - Yes, I have raised a bug ticket which was resolved and we got the solutions to the problem in very less time. which helped us to deliver the dashboard based on client requirements within the stipulated time frame. and the solution was satisfactory and up to the mark in order to achieve the goal.
The ability and the feature to connect to to the technical support team to get your queries resolved on chat in not time and if it feels difficult to you to understand and implement the solution through chat then even scheduling the call on the go with the technical team where they can help implementing the solution by guiding you over the call is really amazing.
