Overall Satisfaction with SignNow
For individuals to sign all electronic documents that are private and public, I can create a template and post it on the website for people to go to and fill out.
- Easy to create templates.
- Easy to develop folders for documents using the templates.
- Easy to rectify errors when creating forms.
- Once a template link is created, you should be able to go back and view what it is without creating an entirely new one.
- Make it possible for you to have more than one blank email address and still be able to use the field to name the documents.
- Do not attach the private documents to the email. Only notify the person that it has been completed. When handling private information, I would rather I have to log into SignNow to access it and not see it in my email.
- This might be possible and I have not learned it yet, but make it possible to save a template email that will be sent out so I do not have to keep typing it when sending a form.
- Saved time with reusable templates.
