Overall Satisfaction with SimpleTexting

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SimpleTexting is being used as a way to communicate and send offers to our customers. The Marketing department manages the use of it, the offers, the scheduling, etc.

Pros and Cons

Pros

SimpleTexting is easy to use. Multiple users can access the dashboard and send texts and manage contacts
We have had great success running multiple promotions at once by using different keywords to trigger various offers. For example, one keyword will trigger a free service, and another keyword will trigger a discount off product or service.
Simpletexting lets us segment our list which is extremely helpful in sending out market specific offers

Cons

It would be nice to have more characters to use in the body of the text.

Return on Investment

Some of our quick, immediate turn around offers showed instant redemption and incremental revenue we usually would not have received.

Support Rating

I have never had an issue with SimpleTexting and they are super helpful and quick when I have questions. They also worked with me to give me an additional discount when I was willing to pay upfront.

It is well suited for a general overall customer base. Although we can segment a little by geographical area, we cannot segment based on individuals.
