We use SimpleTexting strictly for mass communication from organization to members and department staff.
  • customer service is great with responding to questions and concerns
  • I feel they can improve with the number of characters that can be sent out
  • mass text messaging is most important feature for us
  • easy one word way to subscribe
  • with SimpleTexting we have been able to increase our community engagement number of volunteers, have an increase in live streaming views.
