Overall Satisfaction with SimpleTexting
We currently use SimpleTexting to send out mass text messages to our volunteers, supporters, and donors. with SimpleTexting we are able to send out “call to action”, project donation requests, or “tune in” messages when we are live streaming.
- Signing up to be on the subscriber's list is extremely easy. Texting a single word to a number is extremely helpful.
- Communication with customer service is great.
- I would like to see them return to using short code numbers to subscribe.
- Scheduling future messages.
- Mass text messaging.
- Sending links to flyers.
- Because we are able to reach more people through subscribing, our number of donations has increased and the number of volunteers has increased. We have gone from an average of 5 volunteers an even to 25-30. Our donations increased by 25%.
