Overall Satisfaction with Sisense

In our organization we use Sisense for business intelligence. It helps us with complex data from multiple sources and provides awesome insights makes easy for us to decisions making. Sisense solves major issues like lack of actionable analytics. We mainly use Sisense for tracking up all our key performance indicators and optimize our sales pipelines for the future.

  • We use it to build dashboards for sales, marketing and operations

Cons

  • Some visualizations lack flexibility in design options
  • larger volume of data processing makes it slow down performance
  • non tech people can also explore data independently
  • Automated reporting has reduced manual data processing which allow our teams to focus on core tasks and hence saved $$ for us.
  • Implementation and training required upfront investment in time and resources.
  • Handling very large dataset makes it slow in performance and hence impacting efficiency temporarily.
I rate Sisense 10/10 because it seamlessly integrates data from multiple sources and offers highly customizable dashboards to us and provides real time insights that most critical for decisions making. Even a non tech guy can rely on it and improves the overall productivity. The platform is relaible and support make it an invaluable asset to achieving business goals efficiently.
Each tool has strengths, but Sisense stands out for its ease of use, scalability, and robust data integration. We chose Sisense for its balance of robust functionality and ease of use. We are happy that it can handle complex data integrations that aligned perfectly with our business needs. Additionally, its scalability and excellent support made it the best fit for us.

Sisense provides actionable insights for decision-making across sales, operations, and finance. It's excellent for creating interactive dashboards that non tech guys can navigate. May be overkill sometimes our team with simple data needs overwhelmes with the results. Handling our extreme large datasets for example in marketing teams makes it sometimes in slower performance which annoys us.
