Overall Satisfaction with SiteGround Web Hosting
We use SiteGround to host all of our client's websites including our own. Anytime we have a specific question, their customer service has been fantastic. We host a variety of websites so different problems arise and SiteGround has been very helpful.
Pros
- Customer support is very timely and helpful.
- Security and backups have been easy to setup.
Cons
- I would like more options to organize their tools so I can see the ones I use more frequently on top.
- Issues are handled quickly by their Support team which helps save us time and money.
- Notifications are well timed and helpful which help us plan for any updates or other issues that may arise.
