The software is easy to use and has an excellent layout, but it's missing some features that I would like to see in the future. For example, it doesn't allow me to change the font size of the text or make it bold. Also, there isn't an option for more than one user at a time.
I would rate the overall support for Skilljar Customer Education Software at 10/10. The first time I contacted support, they were incredibly helpful and informative, and they answered every question I had with a smile. They even offered me a discount on my next purchase of Skilljar Customer Education Software!
