Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

Skilljar is used extensively for client education, it is seamless and provides in-depth reporting. The user interface is quite friendly and makes life easier when you are uploading a lesson or course for the use of your customers. Heavy files can be easily uploaded and there is an option to try uploading an audio course too! Overall, it's been a great experience.

The Skilljar platform overall solves what we came here for. Ease of use along with reliable and in-depth reporting provide for a seamless administrator experience. The options to upload lessons and publish courses are all pretty straightforward and the user interface is friendly. All of these make it a desirable learning management system, would recommend this to anyone!
Support is great, we meet once or twice a month. Any other support is provided through contact via email. The representative is very responsive. Any query raised gets resolved within a 24 hour window. The team is also open to recommendations for features which may not exist at the moment.

The processing time to upload and get the lessons ready on Skilljar is much lesser compared to a lot of the other LMSes out there. The in-depth reporting that Skilljar provides is definitely worth every penny. Internally, the data and analytics provided by Skilljar helps plan the education processes better for the future.
Best suited for: SaaS products and education for highly nuanced tech-heavy products. Suitable for individuals looking to educate people by building courses in an independent capacity.
Not suitable for: Longer courses which are in-depth and need hours of concentration and focus. It is also not suitable for verticals like medical and pharmaceutical.
