Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

We use it as an internal training management system. Basically we need a solution for training that was repeatable, scalable, measurable. Before this solution most training was being organized and tracked through spreadsheets, articles, slide decks
  • easy course content creation
  • easy management of admin users
  • more intuitive experience with publication, organization, navigation of content
  • user data managment features for data policy compliance
  • course content templates/presets to help with making the courses more aesthetically pleasing
  • a "course completion" page to indicate when a course is done
As stated previously, while course content creation is fairly easy, managing all other aspects (publication, navigation, organization, labelling, groups, etc) is not very intuitive at all. It has most features that most users would probably need, but I don't feel like anything about Skilljar is cutting-edge or super refined. You'd also need to put in a lot of work to make the site aesthetically appealing. So it's definitely adequate, but there's a lot of room to grow
This is my favorite aspect of Skilljar thus far. My experience with the customer success managers has been very good. They are available, very responsive, and I've had great experiences working with them. I would consider their support exceptional in this regard

I think it is well suited for organizations that want to create a lot of self-service courses.
