Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

Originally built core onboarding & training curriculum using Skilljar (as a Customer Success Manager), which helped us pivot away from personalized trainings & begin to train large volumes of users. As a PMM, I now pitch our onboarding as part of our core product offering & Skilljar provides an elevated conduit through which we can provide that training.

Pros

  • Onboarding & implementation process
  • User-friendly back-end
  • Capacity for customization

Cons

  • Customization can sometimes be limiting
  • Analytics are good, but basic
Pretty intuitive interface, easy for users to engage with on the front-end & easy for content builders on the back-end.

Well suited for mid to high growth startups looking for a solution to transition from personalized trainings & onboardings to something that's more scalable. Not suited for a company not quite at this stage (given the time & investment required for the initial content build).
