Overall Satisfaction with Skillsoft Percipio (Skillport)
Primarily used for personal (professional and leadership) development. We like to use Skillsoft Percipio as a true MOOC (open source content) that users can search on what they need when they need it whether on desktop or mobile app. The business case is to support aspiring and current leaders in their development activities by offering courses, books, book summaries, videos, video summaries, etc.

- Easy to onboard/offboard users
- Dashboard
- Account mgmt
- Some of the course content is dated or set in an older studio
- Termed licensed users ought to be put back into the pool of available licenses
- My account team changes frequently, consistency would be nice
- User easy onboarding (data feed)
- User UI
- Dashboard - activity views at a glance
- Supports our leadership developmnet
- Supports our aspiring leaders
- Some technical use cases (project management, agile, etc.)
- Learning as a career management tool and thus reducing term rate
It all depends on your use case, budget, technology lift, quality, etc. My users need to be satisfied #1, or else we go with another provider. #2 the cost needs to be in line. #3 the user onboard needs to be easy, etc. Skillsoft Percipio works for us, hits all the marks.
