Overall Satisfaction with Smaply

I use Smaply to create easily journey maps or personas. We use it in the product team during the discovery process, to define problems/paint points, prioritize and fin the best solution for our website and platform. It's easy to define a chronology in our user journey and add details to it with Smaply!

It’s [easier] to deal with user journey and persons thanks to Smaply. Templates and already created and there is a lot of functionalities to make a complete journey map. It’s very intuitive and we can send it easily to our team. Stakeholder map is a feature that [not many software] have and that is very useful so I’m happy to have it in Smaply

Well suited: To create a user journey and share it with our team. We can have multiple scenarios, detect easily pain points. It’s very intuitive and easy to use. Less suited: we can’t collaborate at the same time or sometimes it’s a little slow when we share a project with a colleague.
