Overall Satisfaction with Smaply

I use Smaply mainly to communicate user journeys to my clients. This simply allows me to digitize the results of the user study phases. No, no more paper and information loss. I also use this solution in class with my students to allow them to structure their work and to present their findings to other students.

The solution is suitable for complex journeys with many touchpoints.
The tool has the advantage of being easy to use.
On the other hand, I have not found any data import solutions avoiding re-entering all the data from Excel for example. It could save a lot of time. Indeed, for me, the tool is a tool for formalizing discoveries but other solutions can be used before
