Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it for my personal website and it's working well.

I find it very useful to know how users are interacting in my site.

Heatmaps is also a very good tool to check quickly if you need to make changes in your web design.

Also, I find it interesting to check how many goals are successful.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Simple. Everybody can understand how it works.
Easy. Menus and options are very well explained.
Effectiveness. It really does what they promise.

Cons

I haven't found any yet. Honestly, I'm very happy with everything.

Return on Investment

In my case, I just have a personal blog, so my ROI is not about money.
My ROI is more about user experience and for now, my users are enjoying my site after little changes that I made after everything I could check with Smartlook.

Alternatives Considered

I haven't tried any more similar tools.

Likelihood to Recommend

Is useful for any website at the beginning and after. A website is something that needs to be improved at any time to make the most with it.
