Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

I currently use it to see how people interact with the website and spot any bugs.
  • Easy to see sessions.
  • Good interface.
  • Intuitive.
  • Setting up funnels can be a bit complicated.
  • It's been good so far. It helps me spot errors on the site and helps me to improve the shopping flow.
It is much easier to navigate than Hotjar.
I think I've only used it once but it was quick and efficient!

It is perfect for ecommerce stores. I think it can work for just about any type of site, but I really like it for online shops.
