Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook
I have been using Smartlook for my personal games. This helped me to see where the users were dropping in the first session, so after fixing it my game retention was increased.
- It helped me where errors were coming.
- It helped me optimize my game.
- It helped me to understand in some devices my game was not working, but in other platforms I didn't see anything.
- I think for what I need it was enough.
- I think if your decrease the price that will be much better for indie developers. For some games, we need at least 2 months to track and understand the data.
