Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

We use SmartLook to see how people are interacting on our website to make sure that the content and layout are user-friendly. If it's not then we can change it. If it is then we leave it. Without Smartlook we would not be able to do this.
  • Record.
  • Ability to narrow down search criteria.
  • User friendly.
  • Heat maps.
  • Being able to delete the recording when viewed.
  • ROI definitely.
  • Conversions.
  • Geographic locations.
We have not really had to use the support feature as everything has always worked really well. I presume if we did have to use it, it would be just as good as the rest of the site.
It's very simple to use but could just do with a feature where you can delete recordings once viewed.
Hotjar is more expensive but it does have some better features and runs a bit smoother. I would still stick with SmartLook though as it's better priced and does what we need it to do.

We use it to monitor traffic to our website. We need to know what countries our users come from and what our users are looking at. We need to make sure everything is where it needs to be. With the recording function, we can achieve this with Smartlook.
