Smartlook is being used in order to identify customer pain points or glitches they may experience when using our platform. When a customer reports an issue, we use Smartlook to verify the issue and identify how the issue has occurred so that we can find the best way to fix and resolve [it].
- Provides great features to speed up the viewing of recordings or skip the inactivity.
- Easy options to share recordings to peers to show the exact spots to be reviewed.
- Smartlook does not always capture the user email address when searching recordings, as such, we have to sift through many recordings to find the right one.
- The filter options sometimes do not work, making it harder to find the exact recording you need.
- Interface can be a bit clunky.
- Great visibility into the experience our users have with our platform.
- Has helped identify users who may not be providing truthful information to us about how they are using the platform.
