It is being used by the marketing team in order to demonstrate ROI when deploying new collateral across the website and measuring how old collateral is performing across the website. The whole organization uses this information to decide what we need to improve and areas that are performing well. It's invaluable when determining what prospects are doing on our site and what information they are consuming.

The thing about Hotjar is they became too big too fast. They forgot what their product was all about and then started to charge an exorbitant amount for what is a glorified heat map. Smartlook has taken into account new features but always kept the essence of what they're about, platform testing.
