Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

We are using SmartRecruiters to post new job ads for all positions within our organization. It allows us to quickly post new jobs, get notifications of new applicants, and manage a data base of potential candidates. We can post to multiple sites quickly using this tool.

Pros

  • Quick job postings
  • Manage candidates

Cons

  • None, it's great
  • It saves time, that's the bottom line
SmartRecruiters is well suited to handle multiple job postings and keeping all postings and candidates organized in an efficient manner. I don't know of any scenarios as it relates to hiring where it is not appropriate.
