Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

It is being used across the whole organization. It streamlines the process so we can all see applicants, post to multiple job boards, and comment as a team.

Pros

  • Posting to multiple sites.
  • Communication Management.

Cons

  • The candidate's information does not like from one application to another.
  • The details of the applicant do not stay.
  • Better assessment tools would be nice.
  • Fewer admin costs.
Have not used other products.
