Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters
We utilize it heavily for full cycle recruiting. we also integrate assessments as well as references
- Outlook integration
- user functionality
- Autosaves summaries when you dont click submit
- I would like to see the reporting change a bit so that a recruiter's name stays with candidate's offer so we can track what recruiter hired who. (when you change the recruiter on the REQ it names that recruiter for all the hires and offers)
- Stronger LinkedIn integration
- I would like to see an option for noting a role can be remote but either in a single state or certain states
