  • Very flexible
  • Pretty fast and intuitable
  • Has templates which speeds up your work
  • Different data representation types

Cons

  • No offline access
  • There are so much features, so there is a need of some kind onboarding guidance
  • Has statuses control
  • You have all tools all-in-one (jira, Trello, confluence and etc)
  • there were no negative impacts
