Overall Satisfaction with Smartsupp

Chatbox on our website for all commercial and technical questions. We have no view on the current questions or remarks visiting customers might have, this is addressed by thie chatbox. With the chat box we would like to have insights in the users that visit our site, what questions they might have and or we can help solving those questions on the fly improving customer satisfaction and generating extra business

Pros

  • Fast integration
  • Easy user interface
  • Not complicated
  • Excellent compatibility

Cons

  • customer support doesn't answer chat requests or messages
  • implementation of the trial option works but not clear wether extra features work in trial
  • Still on trial
  • direct result, promesing
Works good and quick, super fast setup, after creating the account, the javascript copy/pasted on our homepage and in 15 minutes the first chat request came in, it just really works. downside, customer support not available, still have some questions on the implementation of extra features in the chatbox.

Good for chat and tracking people on your site, when customers have a commercial question we can respond quickly. A customer on our store has questions about sizing or shipping policies. Smartsupp’s live chat provides an instant solution, keeping the potential customer engaged and more likely to complete the purchase.
