Overall Satisfaction with Snagit
We purchased a 5 user license for our group. I use it for quick and easy screenshots for emails, Word docs, PowerPoint, and issue tracking. It is much more powerful to use than the desktop snipit tool and just as easy. I also like the editing features available before sharing the screenshot.

- Editing before sharing
- Scrolling screenshot to get full page
- Drawing tools
- Scrolling captures are sometimes hard to do
- Nothing specific. Just need more time to learn all the features.
- Maybe more video tutorials, especially for advanced features and where to leverage.
- Saves time in communicating by sharing the picture.
Snagit is much more robust
