Overall Satisfaction with SoGoSurvey

SoGoSurvey is currently being used by Global Marketing to carry out research both internally and externally.

Pros

  • Survey design
  • Question options and design
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Customer service

Cons

  • When analyzing results, it would be useful to be able to save drilled reports without having to upgrade to the next package (this is much higher just for this one function)
  • Improved internal customer relations
  • Internal engagement
Intuitive and easy to use and navigate. The bot is also very repsonsive.
Customer service has been fantastic both personal and through the bot.
Look and feel and support were much better.

[SoGoSurvey is] incredibly intuitive to use. The design features are great for internal and external customer surveys ( which are the only scenarios I have used SoGo for so far).
