Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor
SolarWinds is being used to monitor and alert the Network Engineer of network for outages and use of the the network by the 18 consortium members. We are able to respond quickly to any issues on the network with the alerts that are set. It also provides information regarding our clients' use of the broadband.
- SolarWinds does an excellent job of warning the Network Engineer of outages or anomalies that pop up.
- SolarWinds provides reports to show statistics we use for billing and maintaining service.
- SolarWinds offers a variety of alert options for different areas we monitor on the network.
- Some of the reports do not reflect the information to the level we would like.
- The ROI for our organization is better customer service because we are able to be alerted of issues many times before they even know it.
- The reports help in the efficiency of employee time weed through all information and get information needed.
