Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor
It is used by network support, network deployment and customer service desk to monitor the health of the infrastructure resources and for troubleshooting. It has been very useful and it provides the best insight into our network without which we feel blind!
- We build maps using network atlas and the NPM dashboard is very useful with site maps, with monitoring available at our fingertips
- NPM is very versatile and is good in SNMP MIB databases, even for unpopular vendors
- NPM is the base for all other add ons
- I have no complaints
- It has always been a positive ROI with SolarWinds
