Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (NPM)
SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor is being used effectively throughout our organization. It's being used across different regions of the world with multiple instances setup. It's able to manage and monitor our entire customer infrastructure proactively.

- User friendly
- Nothing as of now.
We haven't used this feature as of now, but going further we should, because these kinds of features from NPM will help us to monitor the network proactively.
- Purchased unlimited licenses for full utilization of infrastructure monitoring
- Saves lot of money compared with other vendor products like HP, IBM, etc.
- Provides a lot of reports, which are easy to generate and customize with minimal efforts and time
- AppDynamics, Micro Focus Network Node Manager i (formerly HP Network Node Manager), ManageEngine OpManager and Micro Focus SiteScope (formerly HP SiteScope)
SolarWinds NPM is easy to use, user-friendly, more cost-effective compared with other vendor products, and has very good software product support.
Personalized support service - 1. Quick to take up cases.
2. Response time is good.

Yes, this feature has helped us a lot. But it is only once a year where we can utilize this option. We would like to have it 3-4 times a year or at least 3 times a year.
We haven't used this since we don't have Enterprise Support.
