Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor
As the IT Operations teams, we use SW for our daily monitoring and checks. We also created dedicated consoles for our local IT teams and other teams (MES, SAP, etc...). SW has become the source for knowing at any time how each and every service/server is doing. We have a dedicated team managing it and through the agile process, we continuously adjust the thresholds, the alerts, and the reports/KPI.

- nice customization for various sets of users with different expectations
- simple and fast discovery and implementation on servers
- KPI aggregation and high level reporting (for non technical people)
- fast notification of incident critical to the business
